COASTAL COLLECTIVE SHIPPING INFORMATION
Coastal Collective is not responsible for delays with United States Postal Service (USPS), including lost, damaged, or marked delivered items. We carry up to $100 worth of insurance on any package sent, if you receive a damaged package or have a lost package, file a claim directly with USPS Claims Support.
We are not responsible for any delays caused by our mail carriers and will not refund shipping charges if USPS does not meet their guaranteed shipping times. If there is an issue with your package, please contact USPS directly.
**Once we drop an item off at USPS, it is out of our control. We have no affiliation with USPS and cannot control shipping times or delivery times.**
We use USPS- Standard Shipping which is calculated and added at checkout depending on the size of your package and the delivery location. Please allow 2 business days for processing before your package is shipped. Once your item is shipped it is typically delivered within 3-5 business days depending on where you are located.
